Online OCD Support Group

Join your peers for a supportive, game-changing experience that is focused on the following:

-Intrusive thoughts (what are they, why do they happen, how do I manage them?)

-Compulsions (what are they, why they don't help)

-The OCD cycle: How to use ERP and ACT, to break the OCD cycle

-How to maintain recovery and manage "slips"

-How to advocate for yourself to others

-Helpful resources and tools to use outside of session.

Length: 6 weeks

Cost: $50 per session

Time: Wednesdays 4pm-5:30pm

Online BFRB Support Group

This group provides support and treatment to those with BFRB's, such as skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair pulling.

 

Members will learn how to use evidence-based treatments to manage their BFRB, control relapses, and gain control over their lives, so that they can focus more on the things they love!

 

We will be using the Habit Reversal Training model, alongside helpful resources, such as workbooks.

Length: 6 weeks

Cost: $50 per session

Time: Fridays 9am-10:30am
